Shipping and Returns
-ALL OUR SHIPMENTS ARE REGISTERED SO YOU CAN TRACK THEM ON THE CTT WEBSITE AT HTTPS://WWW.CTT.PT/.
- The registration number will be provided in the late afternoon on the day of shipment, between 17:00 and 19:00 by email and discreet sms.
- 100% DISCREET SHIPPING
- We always ship 100% discreetly, only with our box, without any other indication.
- WE SEND BY POST OR CTT EXPRESSO.
- If you are not at the address at the time of delivery, a notice will be left for you to pick up at your local Post Office.
- TYPE OF PACKAGING.
- Your order will be packed in a cardboard box. This packaging is suitable for the size of the products you order.
- The packaging is always discreet.
- On the outside, it just says our post office, without any indication of the contents or the store.
- SHIPMENTS WITHIN 24 HOURS.
- Orders placed by 2pm are shipped the same day. This is for collect orders or confirmed payments (immediate confirmation).
- Orders placed after 2 p.m. will be shipped the next day.
EXCEPT:
- Shipping is not possible on public holidays and weekends.
- We can only ship on working days.
- OUT OF STOCK.
- If we are unable to fulfill your order due to a shortage of items, we will send you an email informing you of this and of the expected waiting time to receive the item.
GUARANTEES / RETURNS
- Our store undertakes to comply with the terms of Decree Law 24/2014, of 14/02.
- The Customer may exercise the right to terminate the contract and consequently cancel an order within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order, without payment of compensation and without having to state the reason.
- To do so, the Customer must communicate their intention in writing, via e-mail to geral@monstercockdildos.com, within the above-mentioned period. The items must be returned within a maximum of 14 days from the date on which you inform us of your decision. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer.
- In the event of order cancellation, Monster Cock Dildos will refund the order in full. Refunds will be made as quickly as possible, up to a maximum legal period of 14 days after resolution.>
- RETURNS MUST COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Returns in which the plastic wrapping has been removed, or the tamper-evident seal, will not be accepted (except in the case of proven damage to the item).
- Always check that it is the product you want before removing the plastic or the tamper-evident seal. For reasons of health protection or hygiene, please take care with products for intimate use: when you receive it, check that it is what you want before opening the package.
- Returns must be accompanied by the relevant invoice. Whenever you return items, please make sure they are properly packed in their original packaging.
- Orders returned for collection will not be accepted.
